So, how can you tell if your phone is eligible?
Today you will learn how to check if your phone can be serviced in 3 simple steps on your device.
Step 1 - Go to 'Settings'
Step 2 - Scroll down until you reach 'About phone' & click on it
Step 2.5 - Click on 'Software Information' (if you do not see 'Software Information', disregard this step.)
Step 3 - Scroll down until you reach 'Build Number' as shown on the image on the left, the 5th to last value is your device Bit/Rev.
Once you have this information, please refer to the chart below to view your device's eligibility:
